Benjamin Franklin apparently wrote in a 1789 letter that in this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes.
If Benjamin Franklin were alive today he would to his list of certainties “being ambushed by the Australian government with complex constant changes to Australian Immigration laws and its visa requirements”.
The regulations which govern Australian Visas are complex. As Australian Immigration Lawyers we are steeped in dealing with complex Australian visa applications daily. We are equally also able to assist clients with less complex applications as part of our broad range of visa services.

Client Testimonial
Phillip we can’t even begin to thank you and Hafizah enough. You guys were brilliant. Our first chat on Skype was only in Feb last year and in less than one year, we are living as permanent residents on our new farm here! 2.5 months for permanent residency must be some type of record.
The professional advice and all the extra help with the purchase of a farm and dealing with all the complications that came with that as well. You were always positive through the tough times and unknown situations and you made it all happen. Many early morning/late night calls and chats on whatsapp. This would not have been possible without you. Thank you. I look forward to your farm visit!
If anyone is looking to move to Australia, I cannot recommend Phillip more highly. You will not find a better person and team to help you.

I assisted James purchase a Macadamia farm in Australia. I was his lawyer assisting him to purchase the farm and his Migration Agent to assist him to apply for a Subclass 187 visa which was granted less than 3 months after lodging the visa application.
I wish James and his wonderful family a safe and successful life on their farm in Australia
