Hafizah Ismail

Hafizah Syed Ismail is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales Hafizah was admitted into the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia in 2015. Hafizah completed her Juris Doctor qualification at the University of Sydney, and also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Hafizah specialises in Australian Immigration Law and has assisted many clients to migrate to Australia by successfully applying for skilled visas, employer sponsored visas, parent and partner visas,resident return visas and by winning cases in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

Mark Sutherland

Mark Sutherland

Mark is a senior migration agent with Phillip Silver & Associates, based on Sydney. Mark has over 25 years’ experience as a registered migration agent, first being registered by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority in 1996. In that time, Mark has gained a wide variety of skills and a varied exposure to most facets of the provision of migration services. He has been employed in both small and large firms including one of the big four consulting firms.

Over the course of his career, Mark has gained an expertise in skilled migration applications including skills assessments and family migration matters. At different periods of his career, Mark has gained experience in compliance and detention matters and has managed large numbers of tribunal review applications. Mark has also worked in firms where the predominant focus was business skills migration. Through his corporate migration experience, Mark gained and expertise in employer sponsored visas, both temporary entry and permanent residence.

Mark has also been variously employed as a sessional migration law teacher for the Australian National University, the Griffiths University and the University of Technology, Sydney.
